  1. The agreement, in short

    ChatMate gives you one-on-one random video chat with girls, live in your browser. By using the site you accept these terms. If any part of them does not work for you, the honest answer is simple: do not use the service. We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version always lives on this page.

  2. Who may use ChatMate

    You must be 18 or older to use ChatMate, no exceptions. By entering a chat you confirm that you are an adult and that live video chatting with strangers is legal where you are. If we learn someone is under 18, they are removed — permanently.

  3. Free to start, and how coins work

    ChatMate is free to start: your first matches cost nothing and we never ask for a card up front. Longer sessions may use coins — a virtual balance you can top up inside the product. Coins are not money: they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or refunded, except where the law says otherwise. You always see the price before you pay, and nothing renews by itself.

  4. How you behave on camera

    You are talking to real people, so act like it. No harassment, no hate, no recording or photographing the other person, no pressuring anyone for personal details, no scams or selling, nothing illegal — full stop. The detailed list lives in the community guidelines, and breaking it can end your access without warning.

  5. What we can do

    We run and moderate the service: we can suspend or ban accounts that break the rules, change or pause features, and take the site offline for maintenance. Matches are random, so we cannot promise who you will meet — only that whoever is online is a real person and that skipping is always free.

  6. The legal limits
