Getting started in ten seconds
Open ChatMate in any modern browser — phone or laptop, no app to install. Tap start a video chat, allow camera and mic when the browser asks, and you are face to face with a girl who is online right now. No account, no email, nothing to fill in.
Camera or microphone not working
Nine times out of ten it is the browser permission. Look for the camera icon in the address bar and make sure access is allowed for this site, then reload. If another app is using the camera, close it first. Still dark? Try a different browser — that isolates whether the problem is the device or the settings.
Matching, skipping and the next button
Matching is random and instant: you are paired one-on-one with whoever is live. Not feeling it? Tap next — skipping is free and unlimited, and nobody sees it as rude. If you would rather look around first, browse who is online and pick a face yourself, or tune into ChatMate TV to see the channel rhythm.
Free to start and coins
ChatMate is free to start: your first matches cost nothing and we never ask for a card to look around. Longer sessions can use coins, which you top up inside the product — prices are always shown before you pay, and receipts come from the payment provider, not from us. Nothing renews on its own.
Staying safe and anonymous
You are anonymous by default — no profile, no history, nothing tied to your name. Keep it that way: skip any chat that pushes for personal details, and never send money to someone you just met. The full playbook is in the community guidelines.
